As we grow, we seek a dedicated Procurement & Admin Coordinator to support sourcing, purchasing, and administrative tasks.

Role Summary

The Procurement & Admin Coordinator will identify and source high-quality, cost-effective items (tech accessories, office furniture, educational tools, etc.) for our programs. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, research-driven, and fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with suppliers in China.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research & Procurement: Identify suppliers, compare prices, quality, and reliability, manage purchasing processes, and build supplier relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain stock records, organize documentation, coordinate procurement needs, and support office administration.
  • Communication: Communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers, translate documents and emails as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English is required.
  • Experience in procurement, research, supply chain, or administration preferred.
  • Strong internet research skills; familiarity with Chinese e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and passion for nonprofit work in children's education.
