Job Title: Building Maintenance Operative

To provide a flexible, high-quality, responsive, and comprehensive building maintenance service, ensuring that the structure and fabric of the Trust's assets are maintained to an acceptable standard.

We are seeking a suitable applicant to join our Estate Management Team, which maintains and develops a substantial estate at one of the country’s foremost Teaching Foundation Trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Undertake major repairs and maintenance across the site.
2. Carry out regular inspections of plant and equipment, ensuring irregularities are promptly reported.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant experience in a building services maintenance environment or a similar role.
• Knowledge of basic health and safety, moving and handling techniques.
• Good communication skills, numeracy, and computer literacy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with conflicting priorities.
