We are instructed by a leading US law firm that is looking to expand its London based Corporate practice with the addition of a senior associate level, corporate lawyer.

The successful applicant will join a corporate team which advises on global corporate transactions across a broad range of sectors which include, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, real estate, financial services and media.

We would like to see applications from lawyers who meet the following criteria:

• Qualified in a common law jurisdiction
• 4+ PQE
• A minimum of 12 months experience gained in a London Corporate practice
• Experience of public and private M&A deals

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-ranked Corporate practice in London that will offer exposure to high quality work.
