Job Title: Shift HVAC Engineer

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Shift HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team in Coventry.

The successful candidate will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment, and building services.

Role Summary:

1. Identify and manage risks to the client through equipment management, including critical spares, performance improvement, and environment control via BMS systems.
2. Maintain a comfortable environment using new technologies, liaising with the client about reactive and PPM tasks.
3. Fault find on HVAC plant and equipment, especially VRV air conditioning systems, with F-Gas handling qualifications.
4. Support health and safety initiatives within the team.
5. Act as Energy Champion and Safety Champion for the site.
6. Provide electrical and mechanical expertise to the team.
7. Write and review risk assessments, ensuring safety and compliance.
8. Complete documentation in line with rules and legislation.
9. Utilize mobile devices for work management via CAFM systems.
10. Plan daily tasks using emails and calendars for efficiency.
11. Liaise with onsite supervisors and account managers on building services issues.
12. Deputize for the site supervisor during absences.
13. Work overtime as required, including nights and weekends.
14. Perform ad hoc duties as needed.
15. Supervise and manage subcontractors.
16. Participate in an on-call rota for emergency responses outside normal hours.

Experience Required:

• Mechanical qualifications to City and Guilds standards
