Job description

Position: Occupational Therapist – Team Leader

Location: London, W1G

Role: Permanent

Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 per annum

Hours: Full Time

Our client is a private specialist clinic on prestigious Harley Street in the heart of London, recruiting for paediatric occupational therapists who specialise in sensory integration. The clinic celebrates its 20th year in 2025, and these new roles enable the growth plan to expand the clinic and operations with private partners, such as local councils, schools, medical collaborations, and organisations helping families with neurodivergent children.

Qualified candidates should be Sensory Integration trained and qualified (Advanced Practitioner, Sensory Integration 1-3). Our client would consider a Senior Occupational Therapist who may not have direct line management experience but has worked as a senior OT and is ready to progress. For Team Lead candidates with extensive experience beyond the requirements in the job description, a higher salary will be offered.

Pension Scheme: Our client operates along the UK government guidelines and utilises the pension scheme through NEST, contributing 3% of employees’ salary to the scheme on their behalf, while employees are automatically enrolled to contribute 5% of their salary. There is an opting-out option available.

Leave and Holidays: Employees will immediately access 20 days of paid leave in addition to UK bank holidays throughout the year.

Learning and Development: A personalised development plan will support employee goals with guidance from the expertise available. The Clinical Director and CEO is a world-renowned specialist and will provide Sensory Integration training.

Our client prioritises the health and wellbeing of the team and provides benefits through BHSF Connect, including:

  • GP/physician services 24/7, confidentially through phone or video consultation.
  • Live phone helpline 24/7 for stress, personal issues, bereavement, emotional support, and information on health, as well as counselling sessions including unlimited virtual sessions and six face-to-face sessions.
