Oh hey! We're the Bumble design team. The minds behind some of the world's biggest dating brands like Badoo and Bumble, used by millions of people worldwide. With an exciting vision ahead, we're looking for an experienced Senior Content Designer to join us. You'll be joining a team where content is valued as an important driver of great customer experiences. And the content and experiences you'll be designing will make a positive difference to our members. All 40+ million of them. Every day, from impactful content strategies to thoughtfully crafted UX content, you'll be helping people find their people and make meaningful connections in life and love.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing content for products and features across the Bumble portfolio, leading and owning a key area.
2. Working collaboratively with product designers and managers, as an important part of a cross-functional team, to delve into customer problems and make sure we're solving these in the right way.
3. Defining content strategies and frameworks, as needed, that help solve the bigger problems in impactful ways.
4. Working with Brand and Marketing teams, to make sure we have a cohesive messaging journey. You'll care deeply about the content members get on every channel.
5. Building great partnerships with stakeholders, such as localisation and legal teams, as part of your workflow.
6. Supporting with ContentOps, contributing to content ways of working and helping others understand the role content design plays.
7. Working with our research team to understand customers and make sure your content resonates with them.
8. Empowering our users to feel safe and empowered to build healthy, equitable relationships.

What you'll bring

1. Experience in a similar senior-level content design or UX writing role, where you've led content design projects, in a cross-functional product team.
2. A self-driven, organised and proactive approach to problem-solving. For this role, you'll need to be comfortable owning and leading. Complexity? You'll love demystifying it. Ambiguity? 0-1 is your bag. You'll take accountability in all you do and make things happen.
3. Examples where you've delivered large-scale end-to-end content design projects - from discovery to measurement and iteration
4. A strategic approach and practical understanding of how to deliver content strategy.
5. A deep understanding of customers and human-centricity. You'll be as obsessed with research and data as we are.
6. A focus on outcomes and the ability to articulate the impact of your work and how it aligns with customers' needs and business goals.
7. A good knowledge of inclusive and accessible content, why it's important and how to drive change in this space.
8. Experience in working closely with localisation and/or internationalisation teams on global project initiatives.
9. Experience in influencing change and making a positive difference to content design ways of working.
10. Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills - your work will be backed up with sound rationale that helps people understand your approach and you'll make a positive impact on those you collaborate with.
