We are seeking a Store Manager for our CALZEDONIA store in London. The Store Manager will oversee store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain brand standards, reporting to the District and Country Managers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maximize store sales and meet targets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Handle stock management and inventory control.
• Lead and develop the store team, conduct performance appraisals, and manage staffing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on administration, finance, and health & safety.
• Analyze store performance metrics and plan promotions and trading events.
