Territory Sales Lead

As we navigate a period of massive growth, we're on the lookout for dedicated Area/Territory Sales Leads who are eager to champion sales and nurture client relationships. You'll be our go-to at the store level, key to the success of approximately 4 Walmart Wireless Locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Sales: Surpass personal and location sales goals, while creating unmatched customer experiences.
  2. Time Management: Optimize your time across multiple locations to maximize profitability.
  3. Sales KPIs: Master our sales process and smash sales targets.
  4. Team Spirit: Embrace a collaborative approach and a fervor for sales.
  5. People Focused: Ability to connect with others, including our customers and your team members.
  6. Stay Current: Keep up to date with product knowledge to recommend the most effective solutions to our customers.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  1. 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador).
  2. A proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  5. Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours.
