About You

The estate you will care for is rich in architectural and historical significance. We seek someone with practical experience and strategic vision—able to ensure safety, compliance, and maintenance, while identifying opportunities for income, sustainability, and supporting the Cathedral's mission.

  • Experience in estate or facilities management, ideally in heritage or ecclesiastical settings
  • Experience with historic or listed buildings
  • Success in leading conservation projects in historic buildings
  • Experience in budget management and financial planning
  • Leadership and team development skills

About the Organisation
