This is a hybrid role where the office days are based at our Fenchurch Street offices, in the heart of London. Applicants must already have the right to live and work in the UK. Ability to work flexibly including weekends and bank holidays is essential. Attendance at the office will be during business critical hours, which are usually weekends and evenings

We are a boutique B2B provider that, uniquely, offers operators all the control and autonomy of an in-house cloud-based Sportsbook with the convenience of a turnkey solution.

Your day-to-day
You will ensure that all available content from our suppliers is accurately booked and mapped throughout the day. This requires constant checking with suppliers to ensure the latest and most relevant content is available. In cases where important content is missing or not optimally presented, you will escalate the issue to ensure it is resolved promptly.
A crucial aspect of your role will be closely monitoring odds on football matches and intervening when necessary. You will frequently check that all events are displayed with the correct odds according to our trading strategies. Your attention to detail and proactive nature will be crucial in delivering an accurate, high-quality service to our partners.
In this role, you will handle several tasks essential to our risk management strategy. You will ensure that all bets are accurately noted, in line with the specified format and agreed guidelines. Additionally, you will profile customer accounts by completing investigations when accounts meet our established criteria for review.
Monthly performance management conversations will allow you to develop your strengths, improve your weaknesses and give you an honest assessment of what you need to do to achieve your goals. This role is intended to be the first step for someone with ambition, who is looking for a career in the betting industry.
The key to this position is that it requires a talented individual with a high degree of enthusiasm for betting, keen to work with their colleagues to consistently and reliably provide first-rate service.

Who are we looking for?
The only requirement for this role is an intelligent and analytical mindset combined with passion and enthusiasm for sports betting. A mathematical or statistical background is not essential but will be considered an advantage.
The candidate must be willing to work during major football tournaments, weekends, and bank holidays to meet the demands of the business.
Working under the guidance of senior & mid-level traders, you will gain valuable insights and skills needed for a successful career in the betting industry.
