This renowned restaurant is popular with both locals and tourists visiting the city and offers modern British cuisine with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients.

With an excellently equipped kitchen and working under a well-known award-winning Head Chef, you will continue to learn in a high-level environment.

You will be a passionate and talented Chef ideally with experience in fresh food kitchens, and you will be hard working and have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained within the kitchen.

• Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen
• Have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen, and should be experienced in running your own section
