Role Overview:

The PR & Influencer Manager is a key member of the Marketing team, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with influencers and trade press.

This role involves developing and executing the group's PR strategy to enhance brand visibility, improve reputation, and support influencer strategies.

You will manage relationships with key influencers, media partners, and industry leaders to raise the brand’s profile and generate quality leads.

The role requires close collaboration with the brands team to create strategic campaigns aligned with business goals, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging. Monitoring and evaluating campaigns, identifying new opportunities, and building long-term partnerships are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to enhance reputation, secure media coverage, and increase visibility.
  • Write and distribute press releases, company announcements, and media communications.
  • Build relationships with journalists, media outlets, and PR agencies to secure positive coverage.
  • Ensure PR activities align with broader marketing goals and messaging.

Influencer marketing & strategy

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement in key B2B sectors.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and industry figures for collaborations.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns across platforms, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, negotiate contracts, and measure campaign performance based on engagement, leads, and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media professionals for ongoing coverage.
  • Organise media events, such as press conferences and influencer collaborations, to boost visibility.
  • Assist with planning and executing trade shows, industry conferences, and other events.

Experience needed:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, PR, and media relations, preferably in B2C/B2B environments.
  • Experience writing press releases, developing media kits, and managing media outreach.
  • Strong understanding of managing influencer campaigns from start to finish.
  • Experience working with influencers, media, and stakeholders to drive brand visibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking for innovative campaigns.
