Job summary
We are recruiting for the role of Immunisation Administrative Support to support our Flu Vaccination Team in schools and community settings when delivering the Flu Vaccination Programme across County Durham.
The applicant will work alongside our existing administrative team in supporting the delivery of IntraHealths immunisation and vaccination programmes. The successful candidate will primarily support the Immunisation Leaders with spreadsheets, data analysis, support training up staff on Intrahealth and NHS data systems and other duties will include handling telephone calls from parents/carers & communicating with schools
Main duties of the jobOur ideal candidate will have experience of working in administration and be able to perform general administration duties related to the role to a high standard. We require enthusiastic committed individuals who will work as part of the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Travel to offices within the region is integral to the role, therefore a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
