Senior Technical Coordinator/Design Manager – South East London

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Package

Enviable Residential Developer seeking an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join their successful business, providing quality new build mixed-use residential schemes in prime locations across London.

Years’ worth of expertise within the construction industry with a strong financial backing allows them to function in an autonomous manner and secure new developments.

They have a vast amount of knowledge and experience within the construction industry and are a dynamic and innovative company that carries out projects based in London and the South of England.

Looking for a strong Technical/Design professional to join the team and work on prestigious large regeneration residential schemes based in South East London.

Key Attributes:

1. Experience in reinforced concrete, high-rise residential projects.
2. Involvement in large residential schemes.
3. Able to enhance a company’s reputation through driving projects to success.
4. Enthusiastic and able to drive a team and communicate well with others.
5. Methodical, degree qualified in construction or equivalent.
6. Good working knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC Technical Standards.
7. Good team player with the ability to liaise confidently and professionally with clients, consultants, and construction teams.
8. Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow within the business.
9. Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
