We are on the hunt for an experienced construction recruitment consultant to move into a key player role within a successful and well-established agency.

What you will need...

Around 2 years of experience ideally with a good grasp of the construction and/or trades market.
Ability to be coached into growing a division.
Driven by outcomes in a 360 role that enjoys going out and winning new business.
Delivering great experiences and solid service levels which this business is very well known for and proud of.

We are very much open to hearing confidentially from successful Recruitment Consultants with a degree of experience and results in Construction sectors who are hoping to find a better fit, better career trajectory, or perhaps even a change of sector niche specialism.

Salary: £30/40k base, very negotiable to suit where you are at in your career and what you can bring.
