M&A Tax Senior Manager - Glasgow/Edinburgh

Our client, a Big 4 firm, is looking to hire a highly motivated M&A Tax Senior Manager to join their expanding team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The role is perfect for an experienced Senior Manager / AD who is looking for a change into a fast-growing team or a strong experienced Manager ready to take the step up.

The role involves providing expert tax advisory services on complex Private Equity M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and post-deal integration. The team also works closely with their counterparts in other locations across the UK, so you will be working on projects for London clients as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery of M&A tax advisory services.
• Management of client engagements.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Contribution to business development activities.

Candidate Profile:

• ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
• Extensive M&A tax experience within a professional services environment.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
