Are you ready to take a step into project management? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global clinical packaging organisation as a Project Coordinator. This role is fully onsite at the company’s UK HQ in Reading and is ideal for someone with a background in pharma, life sciences, or clinical trials who wants to build a career in project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination of packaging and labelling activities for clinical trials.
• Liaise with internal departments (operations, quality, logistics) to ensure timelines and client expectations are met.
• Track project documentation and support Project Managers with daily operational tasks.
• Communicate with clients on timelines, requirements, and updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 0–2 years experience in a GMP, QC, QA, or clinical lab environment.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to move into a client-facing role.
• Must be able to commute to Reading daily (this role is 5 days onsite).
