ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Beauty Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in coaching and developing our Boots Beauty Crew. You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the team on the shop floor.

Using your leadership experience and passion for the latest beauty trends, you will lead and inspire the beauty crew and collaborate with the wider team within the Beauty Hall to create a fun and inviting environment for customers.

What you will be doing

• Leading, inspiring, and coaching the Beauty Crew on the shop floor to deliver a brilliant customer experience
• Successfully launching new products and brands through store-wide engagement
• Reporting to the Beauty Assistant Manager and working closely with them to create and implement a store-specific business plan to grow your beauty business

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role:

• Experience leading teams and motivating them to deliver targets
• A strong knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a passion for premium cosmetics, skincare brands, and fragrances
• Experience working in a customer-facing role delivering exceptional customer service

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE

These are desirable skills or experience, not essential, and we welcome applications from candidates who do not meet these additional criteria:

• Experience working with premium beauty brands
• Experience working within a large retail environment
