THE ROLE:

We are excited to advertise a Vacheron Constantin Sales Associate vacancy for our boutique in Edinburgh, the first outside London in the UK. Chisholm Hunter will be the employer, with daily support from the Vacheron Constantin UK team to uphold the highest retail standards. We seek a Luxury Sales Associate who can deliver exceptional client experiences.

MISSION:

The Sales Associate will aim to meet sales and qualitative targets while building meaningful, sustainable client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
  2. Support the team in reaching sales objectives.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and manage CRM to ensure high satisfaction.
  4. Build and nurture client relationships to generate sales leads.
  5. Create networking opportunities to increase sales.
  6. Handle administrative tasks such as client follow-up, inquiries, complaints, and phone calls.
  7. Maintain inventory quality and exceptional retail conditions.
  8. Anticipate client needs and ensure impeccable grooming standards.
  9. Manage repair processes and act as a brand ambassador.
THE PROFILE:
