PA / Marketing Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time, Flexible Hours)

We’re passionate about helping businesses thrive and are looking for a talented and organised PA / Marketing Assistant to support our operations and creativity as we expand.

The Role:

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organised PA / Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to the Director and clients, assisting with administration, marketing tasks, and content creation. You’ll need to be confident juggling a variety of tasks, bringing fresh ideas, and working independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Director, including diary management, scheduling, and communications.
  • Support client projects with marketing tasks and campaign assistance.
  • Create and edit visual content using Canva, Photoshop and video editing tools.
  • Draft, format, and manage documents using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Coordinate and manage marketing activities and basic project management.
  • Assist with social media scheduling and basic content writing when needed.
  • Help maintain CRM systems and other business software tools.
  • Organise events and client meetings as required.
  • Personal organisations and tasks for Director required.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Social Media platforms.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Passion for photography and videography.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using Canva and Photoshop for design tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google suite
  • Able to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to bring new ideas.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused.

Working Hours:

  • Part-Time or Full-Time (flexible based on the candidate).
  • Flexible working hours.
