Landmarc Support Services is looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to become a valued member of our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. We're seeking a team player who thrives in a close-knit, dedicated team but is also confident working independently when needed.

Location: Swynnerton Training Camp, Swynnerton, Stone, Staffordshire, ST15 0QN

Travel required: Across the West Midlands, including Leek, Kingsbury, and Whittington. Occasional travel to North Wales sites, including Nesscliff, Sealand, Kinmel, and Capel Curig, when required.

On Call Duties required: 1 in 4 weeks, overtime will be applicable.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems per IET Wiring Regulations.
• Support the team with major and minor maintenance tasks.
• Ensure site safety, adhering to Health & Safety protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and follow safe work systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.
• Complete documentation using IT and paper-based systems.

The Ideal Candidate

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in a commercial environment focused on quality and compliance.
• Good IT skills, including use of mobile devices.
• Excellent communication skills.

Essential Criteria:

• Recognised electrical apprenticeship (e.g., NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation).
• BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• BS2391 or equivalent in inspection and testing.
• Must hold Full UK driving licence to drive company van.
• Willingness to join the on-call rota.
