Stratford-upon-Avon - Pay Rate: Up to GBP30 per hour DOE - Part-Time - Hours: 10-12 hours per week - hybrid working will be considered after initial training period

What You'll Be Doing in this Graphic Design role

1. Work on creative projects alongside senior team members
2. Develop graphic assets for print, digital, and online platforms
3. Assist in branding and marketing strategy development
4. Design and update online content for eCommerce and marketing campaigns
5. Manage and improve website design using CMS platforms like WordPress
6. Art direct and style photoshoots to maintain brand identity
7. Create production-ready artwork for packaging and print
8. Assist in designing exhibition and trade show materials

What We're Looking For in this Graphic Design Role

1. Degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communication, or Digital Design (or similar)
2. Some industry experience in a freelance, in-house, or agency setting
3. Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
4. Basic experience in video editing (After Effects & Premiere Pro a plus, but not essential)
5. Ability to design for print, digital, and packaging
6. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
7. Familiarity with website CMS systems (WordPress preferred)
8. Strong typography and branding skills
9. Knowledge of printing processes and packaging design
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
