About the role

Join our team based in our Eastbourne Manufacturing centre, where you will be responsible for the manufacturing, assembling, testing, and packing of Paxton products.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 06:15 - 14:15 (30 min break) OR Monday & Tuesday 9am - 7:15pm, Wednesday & Thursday 9am - 7pm.

• Assembling electronic parts either on a flow-line or as bench build.
• Completing final product quality inspections.
• Re-stocking Kanbans for flowlines.
• Driving Continuous Improvement (CI) Initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or on a production line is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
