About the role

Are you a Project Manager seeking a new opportunity? As Project Manager, you will lead projects ranging from £500k to £20m, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to quality expectations.

You will utilize your strong communication and influencing skills to engage with a range of stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to achieve business outcomes and customer value.

Innovation is central to our organization, and you will be responsible for driving innovation in Project Management. You will promote efficiencies and continuous improvement by leveraging industry best practices.

You will manage project governance, benefits tracking, proactive risk management, and change controls in line with investment procedures.

About you

We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager capable of overseeing projects from inception to completion and handover. You should be organized, able to lead multidisciplinary teams, and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.

As safety is a priority, awareness of health and safety regulations would be beneficial. You will ensure safety, quality, and environmental outcomes through compliance with company standards, legislation, and Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations.

You should have experience or a strong desire to develop in Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management, ideally in Engineering, Construction, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or critical infrastructure environments, with a capacity to bring fresh perspectives and new ways of working.

You will have proven expertise or a drive to develop in contract management, procurement, and application of engineering contracts, including engineering contract management and CDM regulations.

We are committed to developing our colleagues and seek a commitment to achieving or holding an industry-recognized project management qualification.
