Rivian is looking for a High-Volume Contract Recruiter to help build our Field Organizations across the country and inspire a shift towards renewable energy. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with the field businesses and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure we meet the hiring targets of the teams. This individual must have full cycle recruiting experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments across multiple functions and regions.

Hourly Rate for California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Washington DC Based Applicants: $40-$50 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
