Job description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and at the collection counter.
  • Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy stock room and restock products from deliveries.
  • Assist customers on the shop floor by answering questions and providing product recommendations.
  • Build comprehensive knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.

Eligibility:

  • You must be above the school-leaving age in your country (School leaving age - GOV.UK).
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Most roles are part-time, with shifts including weekdays and weekends, scheduled to fit your availability, which may vary weekly.
