A respected and ambitious Construction Consultancy in Cambridge is currently looking for a motivated and diligent Construction Project Manager.

This role is perfect for a professional eager to make a mark in a variety of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Retail, Education, Healthcare, and Leisure.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing diverse projects across Cambridgeshire.

Responsibilities include:
  • Serving as an Employer’s Agent on certain projects.
  • Managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Establishing effective communication with all client suppliers and operators.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards and meet client specifications.
The Construction Project Manager
  • Membership in a professional body such as RICS, APM, CIOB (desirable but not essential).
  • A degree in Construction, Project Management, or Building Surveying.
  • Previous experience in a Project Management role within a construction consultancy.
  • Experience in acting as an Employer’s Agent is a significant bonus.
  • Demonstrated experience across various build sector projects.
