A leading construction company is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of hospital and healthcare construction projects across the UK and internationally. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering complex, high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for healthcare construction projects.
  • Manage procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
  • Conduct value engineering and cost control to maximize project efficiency.
  • Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure financial success.
  • Assess and manage risks, variations, and claims.
  • Ensure compliance with UK construction regulations and healthcare sector standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Background in main contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of different contract types (ie. JCT, NEC, FIDIC).
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • International project experience is advantageous but not essential.
