Your role and responsibilities:

• Ensure you live the Octavius values and hold the Site / Project team accountable to do the same.
• Manage the contract and the agreed contract programme.
• Act as a key interface with our customer and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, company policies, and procedures, including the Octavius and customers' governance processes.
• Prioritize safety, ensuring all team members go home safe every day.
• Provide guidance and advice on correct processes both on and off site, ensuring only value-adding processes are employed.
• Understand the project's financial position through regular reviews with the commercial team.

About you:

• Strong all-round rail, CDM, and engineering knowledge with relevant experience in disciplines such as Temporary works, Civils, M&E, Geotechnical.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, capable of managing multiple actions without compromising standards and quality.
• Experience working with a tier-one contracting group on infrastructure projects, including slab and kerb laying or general town centre and junction improvements.
• Good IT skills.
• Knowledge of programming and conditions of contract (NEC, ICE, etc.).
