Job Description:
Your Role: Forming a pivotal part of Oxa's Marketing team within our Product Engineering function, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. You will translate Oxa’s vision, strategy, technology, products, services, and solutions into clear positioning, messaging, and propositions. This is a new role in our small but dynamic marketing team, supporting growth by connecting leading businesses with the value of autonomy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and manage the product marketing strategy for all of Oxa’s products and solutions.
- Create and execute an impactful roadmap of product marketing activities, including new product launches aligned with our commercialization strategy.
- Gather customer feedback and leverage insights and competitor intelligence to develop compelling product messaging and positioning.
- Lead the creation of product marketing and sales enablement collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to implement marketing initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders such as product management, solution delivery, and engineering leads to understand product features.
- Manage relevant suppliers and agencies.
- Promote and champion product marketing techniques.
- Act as an evangelist for Oxa’s products and solutions, demonstrating how they meet customer needs.
- Provide training and guidance on product positioning and customer value propositions.
Requirements:
What you need to succeed:
- A proven track record in B2B product marketing within fast-paced environments; ability to create effective playbooks.
- Experience launching new products to market.
- Ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear product positioning.
- Customer- and product-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Extra Kudos if you have:
- Experience in autonomy, robotics, automotive technology, AI, or similar industries.
- Scale-up or high-growth startup experience.
- Experience working with global products in early-stage markets.
