Job description

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a Building Consultancy who are in search of a Retrofit Coordinator to join our client on a permanent basis to support with the coordination and assessment of domestic dwellings across multiple projects.


Duties will include:

  1. Undertake and/or supervise retrofit coordination and assessment of domestic dwellings under multiple concurrent PAS 2035 projects, including setting of targets, risk management, and budget control.
  2. Prepare and/or commission PAS 2035 compliant surveys and documentation including risk assessments and medium-term plans for domestic dwellings, effectively capturing all required information.
  3. Monitor, evaluate and administer projects, conducting regular review meetings and events as prescribed in grant award documentation to meet needs of each consortium and funding bodies.
  4. Liaise with retrofit professionals including Coordinators, Assessors, Advisors, Designers, and Installers, and residents as necessary.

Experience required:

  1. Qualified Retrofit Coordinator with Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
  2. Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.
  3. Successful management of multiple concurrent projects in the domestic energy efficiency retrofit market to agreed SLAs.
  4. Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team.
  5. Able to make decisions effectively, using either own knowledge or available data.
  6. The desire to learn and develop.
  7. Good analytical and presentation skills - written and verbal - and fluency in the use of MS Office suite including Project (or equivalent).
