Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a well-established law firm in Bath? If so, we want to hear from you! The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

• Manage your own caseload, handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion.
• Deliver high-quality service to clients, agents, and referrers in a fast-paced environment.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of Land Registry processes and compliance requirements.

The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of two years' post-qualification experience as a Solicitor, CILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Proven expertise in all aspects of residential property transactions.
• Excellent communication and client care skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• A proactive and friendly approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
