Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

Duties include:
  • Identifying and maximizing business opportunities
  • Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Building relationships with developers and the local community through networking
  • Communicating effectively between clients and vendors
  • Building strong internal and external relationships
  • Preparing accurate property details and data entry
  • Managing the sale process from viewing to closing
