Guaranteed hours: 20 hours per year, every year

The University of Edinburgh Hospitality and Events Collection is the commercial arm of the world-leading University of Edinburgh, including the conference and events team. We provide professional services across a broad portfolio of conferences, meetings, and events, from major international conferences to day meetings and prestigious dining events (approximately 2,000 events annually) held at venues across the University. Additionally, the team operates a large Outside Catering and Delivered Hospitality service to University buildings and private and corporate locations across the city.

We are seeking friendly, charismatic, and professional individuals to join and strengthen our diverse team. As a Catering and Events Assistant, you will support operational service delivery, including setting up, service, clearing, and other activities for a wide range of conferences and events. This role offers opportunities to learn new skills and develop professionally.
