Aneurin Bevan University Health Board supports flexible working.

There is a temporary top-up for Bands 2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top-up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour - £24,638 per annum. This will be in place until the annual pay uplift for 2025/26 is confirmed.

Main duties of the job

We seek a high-caliber individual with proven leadership and successful change management experience. The successful candidate must demonstrate outstanding communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and motivate others to achieve service excellence.

Accountable to the Chief Executive, you will work autonomously but collaboratively with clinical and managerial colleagues to shape and innovate our services. You will need skills in working across broad stakeholder groups and be committed to public health principles.
