This law firm is one of the most prestigious US law firms with a well-established London office in a continued growth trajectory. Its leading Securitisation practice is looking to hire at least one junior lawyer and whilst NQ to 3 years’ PQE is anticipated, lawyers with up to 5/6 PQE will be considered to meet the demands of this team.

The market leading partners represent banks and corporate clients in complex structured products and cutting-edge securitisation of esoteric and commercial assets.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal support in the securitisation of specialised financial products and asset-backed lending.
2. Work closely with partners and clients on complex structured products.
3. Deliver highly complex and tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Rigorous experience from a top-tier firm, preferably with CLO experience.
2. Stellar academic track record and impressive training.
3. Creative mindset to work on complex legal issues.
4. Commonwealth qualified Structured Finance lawyers are welcome to apply.
