We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join the Commercial Technology team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing technology initiatives that support our Commercial Functional area, ensuring they meet business outcomes aligned with our strategic goals. You will lead projects across Europe, coordinating internal and external resources within a matrix organization.

This role offers a home-based contract with some travel to our office locations. A high degree of self-motivation and flexibility is required.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

1. Translate project ideas into clear technology scopes and support business case development.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and capture business needs, manage project delivery, and ensure the technology solutions meet business objectives.
3. Define and manage communication plans.
4. Ensure project delivery adheres to governance standards, manages change effectively, and maintains project scope.
5. Create and control project budgets.
6. Manage resources to ensure capacity and meet project timelines.
7. Implement changes into business operations and ensure project success criteria are met.
8. Identify, escalate, and manage Risks, Issues, and Dependencies.
9. Build strong stakeholder relationships through proactive engagement.

About you:

You will have end-to-end IT Project Management experience in delivering complex digital projects such as ecommerce solutions, mobile apps, and loyalty platforms. Experience with change control, deploying technologies across multiple sites, and using Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential. Strong presentation, communication skills, and stakeholder management are also required.
