Job Description
Process all data related to all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations
Process the company's payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely payments
Administer employee benefits and compensation
Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with legal regulations
Manage employee records and data
Coordinate with other departments on HR initiatives and projects
Handle employee queries regarding HR and payroll matters
Support the development of HR policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR & Payroll Administrator should have:
Proven experience in HR and payroll administration
Strong knowledge of HR and payroll software systems
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
