As a Clean Team Member at our gym, you will organize your work and plan your time with support from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning tasks do not interfere with the customer experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training. A friendly nature and good communication skills will be beneficial when interacting with colleagues and customers.
As a Clean Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning and preparing various areas within the club
Providing excellent customer care
Taking pride in your work
Following cleaning procedures to ensure the environment is clean, safe, and pleasant for customers
Using equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners)
Performing a range of tasks including gym, changing room, shower, poolside cleaning, waste removal, and periodic deep cleaning
