We are searching for a Digital Strategy Consultant who will be crucial in driving the development of a comprehensive digital strategy for a newly established healthcare services provider. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and existing digital teams to define, build, and present a scalable, results-driven digital roadmap aimed at increasing new customer acquisition and optimising performance across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the current digital marketing activities and customer engagement tactics in place
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand existing workflows, data sources, and campaign execution
  • Design and articulate an end-to-end digital strategy tailored to new customer acquisition
  • Evaluate and incorporate key digital channels including email marketing, social media, SEO and website optimisation
  • Leverage available customer and market data to inform campaign and engagement decisions
  • Identify performance gaps and areas of opportunity across the digital marketing landscape
  • Define KPIs to track the success of the digital strategy and inform future iterations
  • Present the final strategy to key stakeholders for feedback and approval
  • Build a scalable framework that the internal team can maintain and grow over time
