  • The role is permanent and full-time
  • Joining a growing and transforming Facilities & Property department in a mainly field-based role
  • The role will require you to work mainly in the field -across the UK in line with Project requirements with 1 day a week working from home
  • Leading multiple exciting new builds, refreshes, merge, and relocate projects across the business
  • With travel expenses paid as well as the option for either a company car or annual car allowance

Your future, your role
As a Construction Project Manager you'll be:

  • Leading significant construction projects
  • Engaging with Internal and external stakeholders to include all elements of design, fire strategy, and building control sign-off
  • Ensuring Projects are delivered in line with all regulatory compliance - aligned to a clear JCT workflow
  • Ensuring practices are designed for optimum productivity, including decon room design and workflow in line with our base specification
  • Secondary input on smaller growth / refresh projects as required
  • Continuing robust budget management of live projects following a workflow
  • Delivering projects on time, in budget, and at the pace of the business
  • Day-to-day budget management of live projects (CAPEX & OPEX)
  • Participating in CAPEX approval process to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project outputs

You will have experience:

  • Managing multi-site construction projects
  • Knowledge and experience managing the health and safety, fire regulation & compliance aspects of construction projects
  • Demonstrable understanding of fire strategy and what is required to adhere to building control
