Sales Executive

Must have experience within Plumbing and Heating, whether as a trade or commercially

Hours: 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

1. Provide customers with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service whilst optimising branch sales and gross profit.
2. Maintain current client relationships and develop those accounts further.
3. Respond to new enquiries and build relationships.
4. Work effectively as part of a team ensuring that customers’ expectations are exceeded.
5. Work with efficiency and accuracy – often under pressure.
6. Maintain & develop company culture, customer satisfaction, trade counter & delivery service.

Sales Executive - Skills and Experience:

• Experience within a sales/customer focused role is ideal.
• Experience/knowledge within plumbing and heating is essential.
• Experience on a trade counter would be beneficial.
• Must be hungry, driven and full of energy.
• Must have a team spirit - working together is crucial.
