A leading global commerce platform, powering businesses worldwide, seeks a talented RevOps Manager to own and drive initiatives across EMEA. Be a key member of the regional leadership, shaping strategy, leveraging data, and empowering go-to-market teams for sustainable growth and efficiency.

Your new role

  1. Identify and drive revenue, churn, and cost optimisation.
  2. Enable regional team success through effective tools, systems (Salesforce, Outreach), and processes.
  3. Build reporting and tooling requirements.
  4. Represent RevOps in regional projects.
  5. Contribute to regional forecasting and capacity planning.
  6. Translate data into actionable strategies with leadership.
  7. Provide feedback on marketing materials.
  8. Build business models for strategic initiatives.
  9. Operationalise new functions within the go-to-market org.
  10. Collaborate on global RevOps initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  1. Strong analytical skills in sales funnels and team performance.
  2. Proven ability to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  3. Experience creating process improvements for efficient sales cycles.
  4. Proficiency in identifying system (Salesforce, Outreach) improvements and creating requirements.
  5. Excellent stakeholder management skills (manager to VP level).
