  • Coordinate customer reservations with our showrooms.
  • Deliver a professional telephone experience by handling every customer query with efficiency and care
  • Work closely with the Sales department and teams to maximise appointment efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and booking data on internal systems
  • Promote Mercedes-Benz values, always acting as a brand ambassador for West Bromley
  • Support digital and online booking channels as needed
