Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  1. Drive knowledge management strategy for the Growth team. Engage key stakeholders and conduct thorough reviews of content aligned to strategic priorities and focus areas. This involves curating content for internal portals, updating resources and assets, and collaborating with key stakeholders for validation when needed.
  2. Proactively manage GC&I and Growth Team knowledge management sites (including the GMA, Clients and Markets, and GC&I SharePoint sites) and content including a repository of assets and a regular schedule of updates.
  3. Develop and manage the GC&I Events and Go-to-Market Planning calendars, including facilitating seamless knowledge sharing within and outside of GC&I by providing a forward-looking view of key milestones for improved planning. Use new project management systems, such as Wrike, to establish a central resource available to the whole PwC network. This resource should be a single source of truth with a real-time calendar update process, promoting transparency and alignment across GC&I and knowledge sharing within the PwC network. Help drive the network's go-to-market (GTM) approach by supporting the GTM director in the acceleration of the Network growth priorities and the Next era for PwC: Our clients, our people, our brand. Drive internal newsletters for the Growth team to ensure the right content is distributed and leveraged to critical network stakeholders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Drive the Global Top Picks newsletter to provide the Markets Community with easy access to curated content from across the Network. Engage Market Leaders and their Chiefs of Staff to promote knowledge sharing, enabling territories to effectively utilize globally created assets. Drive the ‘Network Growth Priority’ section for Nicki Wakefield’s weekly Client Opportunities and Wins newsletter by promoting wins aligned to the Network Growth Priorities.
  4. Leverage the Global Analytics Studio, QlikView dashboards, and Salesforce Reports to analyse revenue and pipeline data as needed to support leadership presentations, requests for information, and other important updates.
  5. Support Growth team in preparing for Leadership meetings and provide input as required. This includes collaborating with stakeholders from across the Network to source data and information to ensure we meet the required deadline.
  6. Project management: Collaborate with our central administrative support function, the Kolkata Service Delivery Centre (KSDC), as well as design and events teams, to support effective project execution.

The skills and experience we’re looking for:

  1. Demonstrable project management experience and strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise effectively;
  2. Keen interest in learning more about our clients, industries, markets and breadth of services/capabilities across the Network;
  3. Quick learner who can work collaboratively in teams, often in an unstructured environment, and work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  4. Experience in developing communications/producing assets, including pulling together key resources, to develop a succinct output;
  5. Good data gathering, handling and analysis skillset. Experience in or willingness to learn new tools and technology, e.g. ChatPwC, CoPilot, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBi, UiPath, etc;
