Job description

Our client is a London-based online performance marketing firm. They are searching for a CRM Executive that is dynamic, passionate, and enthusiastic. You will assist the CRM Manager in delivering promotional campaigns and marketing activities across different touchpoints for four brands for all player groups. You will collaborate with the CRM team to incentivize and tempt, grow and improve the loyalty of our gamers across all brands by optimizing existing promotions, gaining knowledge of customer behavior and trends through analysis, and understanding how to maximize bonus spending. You'll report to the CRM Manager and collaborate closely with a senior management team that is highly engaged.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organizing, executing and analyzing promotional and lifecycle programs to the existing customer database across all sites in collaboration with the CRM Manager.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to put the promotional plan into action, ensuring that campaigns are on time and on budget, resulting in a favorable return on investment.
  • Using CMS technologies, collaborate with the rest of the CRM team to design and manage content for all elements of the product.
  • Taking complete responsibility for specific parts of bingo marketing, such as game road maps and their introduction through go-to-market strategies, in collaboration with the promotions manager.
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders in various places to ensure that campaign and player group needs are satisfied.
  • Assisting the CRM Manager with KPI analysis and reporting, as well as complete campaign analysis
  • Regular reviews of competitor promotions and best practices

Requirements:

  • Business-oriented, with an emphasis on marketing and customer relationship management (CRM), analytics, and communications
  • Exceptional analytic, numerical, and presentation abilities a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Good prioritizing and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication abilities

Experience:

  • A genuine team player that is comfortable collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
  • It is necessary to have prior experience with CRM campaign tools and content management systems.
  • When it comes to crafting fantastic campaigns for numerous player groups, a creative thinker with the capacity to think beyond the box is required.
  • An experienced copywriter with a strong interest in online gaming. Prior casino and bingo experience is beneficial but not required.
