Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join the Long-Term Team in Ramsgate, Kent. This role offers the opportunity to work with individuals and families in need of long-term support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cases for individuals with complex long-term needs.
  • Work with individuals and families to create care plans and support strategies.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff and assist in their professional development.
  • Liaise with other professionals and agencies to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications & Requirements
