Job description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Whether providing long-term or short-term, convalescence, respite, or palliative care, our focus is on delivering the highest quality service at all times.

Responsibilities include:
  • Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to support the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
  • Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals.
  • Providing care that respects residents' dignity and individuality.
  • Supporting residents with mobility, emotional support, or end-of-life care, always prioritizing their well-being.
  • Recognizing and reporting safeguarding concerns, attending relevant training, and escalating issues as necessary.
