Job Description

A highly successful and growing firm is looking to recruit experienced Conveyancers. The firm has shown impressive growth, continuing to recruit during the downturn of 2023, with further expansion planned for 2025 and beyond.

They seek Conveyancers who prioritize customer service and aim to deliver a premium experience. The role offers either complete home working or a hybrid model, depending on location, with a salary ranging from £30k-£50k DOE plus bonus, 25 days holiday (which can increase with service), and benefits such as BUPA private medical and paid sick leave.

The position involves managing a caseload capped at 75 files (additional files can be requested) through to completion. Experience in Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchase is essential, though support and training will be provided.
