Job description

Part-time Corporate Receptionist Tuesday -Thurs - London. £40-45k pro rata.

We are looking for the quintessential corporate receptionist who is very happy with a super part-time position, 3 days a week, Tuesday-Thursday, based onsite in luxurious West End offices, 8.30am - 5.30pm daily.

Working in a boutique environment with high expectation on delivery and professionalism, this is an outstanding opportunity to join an amazing business who are leaders in their field.

Duties include, but not limited too:

Front of House:

  • Acting as sole corporate receptionist for the business. (Answering all calls on switchboard).
  • Meet and greeting clients and VIPs. Managing arrival, departure and providing refreshments.
  • Dealing with client meetings/some diary management.
  • Preparing a daily visitor list.
  • Updating the computer database.
  • Managing general email enquiries.

Office Administration:

  • Office recycling.
  • Dealing with franking machine and outgoing post.
  • Dealing with incoming deliveries.
  • Order couriers and taxis.
  • Stationery stock take and ordering.
  • Manage staff access cards.
  • Deal with annual PAT testing, fire warden, health and safety checks.
  • Maintain staff lists and internal documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up VC calls & presentations in meeting rooms
  • Schedule writing
  • Ordering of branded stationery & brochures
  • Organise and attend yearly office tests (PAT, Fire Risk, EM Lights, Fire appliances)
  • Ordering of Office Christmas decorations.

We are looking for a front of house/corporate receptionist who is warm, engaging and impeccably presented. An individual who really cares about the stakeholders they support and can utilise their initiative and assist others when workflow is less busy.

You will be responsible for welcoming VIPs/clients etc and setting up meeting rooms and making sure they are immaculate and working closely with a super EA team to provide a seamless service at all times.
